Professional Experience

New to the commercial real estate arena, Pieter joined the Mel Foster Commercial Real Estate team in September of 2009. As a life-long Quad Citian, Pieter has dedicated himself to the growth of this community. Through both work and community activities he has built a vast network of relationships that will be invaluable to our commercial real estate market. Having worked directly with the business community through Quad City Bank and Trust for 11 years, Pieter has an excellent feel for the local economy and its potential. He is looking forward to sharing his market knowledge with clients looking to enter our Quad Cities area. With a working career in sales, he brings exceptional transaction skills to his clients providing the expert level of service they expect for a successful real estate investment. Pieter is committed to providing superior customer service through hard work and follow through on behalf of all his clients. In time Pieter will define his nitch, but for now he is pursuing every opportunity in the commercial real estate industry to broaden his knowledge and scope of the various property markets. Licensed in both Iowa and Illinois and with the exceptional support services of Mel Foster Co., Inc., Pieter will be able to provide clients with confident trustworthy assessments, evaluations and negotiations.
