David has been a licensed real estate practitioner since 1997 and a Broker Associate with Mel Foster Co. since 2001. He is experienced in all facets of real estate brokerage including representation of buyers,sellers, landlords and tenants in the acquisition or disposition of retail, office, industrial, multi-family, land & farm, as well as real property investments. When apropriate, David has helped his clients bring their properties to auction and has worked with both local and national companies in that process. Prior to real estate, David worked in state government for 14 1/2 years in management, office operations & training of staff. Additional experiences include construction, manufacturing technologies, fluid power design, assembly, metal fabrication, machinery moving & rigging, all of which have proved beneficial to the business of real estate. David has always enjoyed the challenge of helping others achieve their goals.
