Michael is a Broker Associate of Mel Foster Co. at their commercial real estate office and has been with the organization since 2003.

In his first 5 years, Michael has completed multi-million dollar office, retail and multi-family transactions. His client list includes both national and local tenants.

Michael is well versed in all facets of commercial real estate, including multi family, industrial, land, retail, office sales and leasing and investment product. He is an established tenant/landlord representative who uses his native Midwestern work ethic to endlessly assist his clients. Michael's time spent researching and analyzing opportunities for his clients has shown to be successful through his vastly growing client base. Because of his native upbringing, he is very familiar with both the local and regional areas and markets of Eastern Iowa and Western Illinois. Throughout his tenure at Mel Foster Co., Michael has become extremely proficient at analyzing community expectations, property histories, political climates, and financial trends to match client preferences in real estate transactions.
